Offering a smooth and hassle-free experience to you is our top priority. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with the product(s) you’ve received, we are happy to accept a size exchange. Please read the information on this page for guidance and instructions on exchanging your products.
How can I determine if an item is eligible for return?Goods once sold can only be exchanged in terms of size, provided they meet Our terms and conditions.
- Our Refund, Return and Exchange policy varies based on each designer's terms and conditions. Please take a moment to review the specific guidelines for your selected items to ensure a smooth shopping experience. If you have any questions or need assistance, our team is here to help! Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want to ensure you love your purchase.
- Exchange requests to be made within the first 72 hours (3 days) after delivery.
- If your purchase has arrived in a damaged state, it is eligible for exchange (In this case, please inform us with images and videos of the product in question immediately.)
- If what was delivered is not the purchase you made, please inform us with images and videos of the product.
- Standard sizing of products may vary from brand to brand. Be careful and order as per your size, you can message us and take information and help if required. We will not be liable to accept any return of standard sized products on the ground that the sizing does not meet Your expectations / requirements.
- A product returned to us as per the below mentioned terms, can only be exchanged for another size or store credit.
- All size exchanges are subject to availability and our specific confirmation.
- Products will be considered for exchange or return only if it is unworn and in perfect condition, and with all tags/labels still attached. Products that are damaged, soiled, have missing items/parts, returned without their original labels or are not in the state as delivered. Will not be accepted and may be sent back to You.
- Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags should be included with your return/exchange.
- Products purchased during a sale, promotional offer, or with the use of discount codes cannot be exchanged.
- Goods ordered in Made in to measure, or with custom alteration cannot be exchanged, we can alter them again for you, at a minimal charge.
- All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface only. If the sole is scratched, we will not be able to accept the return/exchange of such product.
- If an order has more than five products then it will be considered as a bulk order. Return/refund for such orders would not be possible.
- Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
- In the rare case when we are unable to meet the size exchange request, a store credit will be issued of the same amount.
- In case of issuing a store credit, it will be issued within the week of us receiving the product and approving that the product is in fact exchangeable/returnable as per these terms. The store credit will be valid for 6 months.
Cancellation Policy
- We shall not be able to accept any cancellation if your order has been processed/ Shipped.
- To cancel an order, the customer must reach out to us, within the first 24 hours of ordering.
- As part of usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice within 24 hours of placing the order, we could cancel the order and issue a store credit of the same amount in the next 7 days.
- In case of requests for order cancellations, we reserve the right to accept or reject such requests.
Shipping Policy
- We, at Attitude Designers Ltd. (Gazal Agrawal & Panache by Gazal Agrawal) make all commercial and reasonable endeavours to ensure that Products are delivered to the Users in a timely fashion.
- Your order will be shipped within 14-21 business days. It's a small wait, but well worth your time!
- Your ready to ship order will be shipped in 7-10 Business Days.
- Shipping will be conducted through delivery service providers available at the time.
- We currently ship products only within India. You can place orders from across the world but delivery addresses are restricted to India. If you wish for international shipping, please connect with us over call.
- Tracking information will be made available only if this information is made available by the delivery service provider.
- If the package appears damaged upon arrival, we request that you inform the manufacturer and the shipping company immediately.
- Take pictures of the closed package and wait for further communication by the manufacturer before unpacking.
- If there is an error in the shipping address you specified at the time of checkout, please contact us immediately (in the first 12 hours). We are unable to change a shipping address or redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
- Orders should reach the customer within 3-4 days after the date of dispatch.
